Hearts at Westbridge

SCENE 1

Whispers in the Hallway

Westbridge High, bustling morning corridor — Lockers line both sides as students mill around; Lila stands amid a cluster of classmates, her face tense as whispers ripple nearby, eyes darting toward Reagan, who leans against a locker smirking.

SCENE 2

Hidden Agenda

School courtyard, late afternoon — Reagan sits on a stone bench beneath a tree, messaging on her phone with a sly, guarded smile; golden sunlight casts long shadows as she glances over at couples laughing in the distance.

SCENE 3

Wise Counsel

Empty classroom, stacks of books and soft window light — Mr. Ellison stands by his desk, facing Lila, who sits uncertainly; the room feels safe and calm, his wise, gentle eyes focused reassuringly on her.

SCENE 4

Evidence Uncovered

Dimly lit school library, late evening — Tyler kneels beside a row of bookshelves, holding a photograph with a shocked expression as light from a phone reveals a folder marked 'Heart Locker'.

SCENE 5

Confrontation after Dusk

Deserted basketball court outside, night under bright floodlights — Lila faces Reagan tensely at center court; both stand tall, anger and wounded vulnerability on their faces, while the Heart Locker key glints in Lila’s hand.
